EOA Children’s House would like to thank the Bank of America Foundation for their ongoing support and belief in our mission for “Stopping Child Abuse. Saving Lives.” Team members from Bank of America’s Fayetteville Joyce Blvd. branch recently came to The Pat Walker Center for Children and made a gift in support of our work with the children.

“Bank of America has been a loyal partner with EOA Children’s House for many years, and we believe strongly in their mission to provide a safe, secure place where abused and neglected children can receive the vital therapeutic care and support they need,” said Candice Ross, Personal Banker with Bank of America. “We are pleased to award this gift to assist in their recent enrollment expansion at the new Pat Walker Center for Children, and our Northwest Arkansas team looks forward to our continued involvement as volunteers and advocates in the community.”

Altrusa International makes Gift to EOA Children’s House

EOA Children’s House recently received a generous gift to support its mission to break the cycle of child abuse in Northwest Arkansas. Representatives from Altrusa International’s Springdale Chapter presented the check to EOA Children’s House, located at 2577 N. Lowell Rd. in Springdale, at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19, 2011.

The $1,000 gift will support the long-term operations and services of EOA Children’s House, which provides long-term, year-round treatment, therapy and early childhood education exclusively to abused and neglected children between the ages of 18 months and 5 years of age. Altrusa International’s members also donated books to EOA Children’s House’s Literacy Center, which will be used in each of the center’s classrooms and for its family lending library program.

Walmart Asset Protection makes gift to EOA Children’s House

Many thanks to Davida Minnick and Dain Sutherland from Walmart Asset Protection for recently touring EOA Children’s House in The Pat Walker Center for Children to learn more about how we accomplish our work for “Stopping Child Abuse. Saving Lives.” They also made a kind and generous donation on behalf of their division in support of our work. We appreciate their support and are grateful for their interest in helping make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of abused and neglected children in Northwest Arkansas!
